Running Organizations is a collection of business philosophy, frameworks, processes, models, and tools, from others, alongside my personal observations on how to run small-to-medium-sized organizations.

It’s a work in progress that will be updated and improved over a multi-year time horizon. V1 was assembled over 12 weeks of timeboxed effort.

My goal is to create a resource that is useful to me as I learn and improve in my craft. My aim in creating it in public is that it can be helpful to others.
